Why We Built This

The team spent years working inside HR tech companies and recruiting firms. We watched thousands of hiring cycles play out from the inside.

We saw firsthand that 75% of resumes were rejected before any human saw them — not because the candidates were unqualified, but because of fixable formatting and keyword issues that parsers couldn't understand.
